Thank God, I`ve found a network that pays on time. Girls from the support are very nice and friendly. Working with other networks I always had to remind all the managers about our payments. Why is everyone so dissatisfied with their work? I’ve been working with Tapgerine for many years and never have had any problems. Maybe one or two times they delayed the payment, but I think it was because of the winter holidays. You know, it’s normal when sometimes something went wrong. This shouldn’t happen often, but sometimes it happens. I'm not here to sugarcoat, I just want to give some honest feedback.

Decent company with very responsive managers. Even though there are times when something goes wrong they’re always very attentive. That’s very important in this industry, I think.

We're working with Tapgerine during 1 year. It's a really big network with a lot of good offers and payout. But few month ago some of my invoice holding for a long time even AM said that all advers confirm all my numbers. Hope your team can help me out. Thank you!

As we are working with tapgerine few months ago, they cleared all Payment before, now its huge turn and they own our $29,000 and then they said there is fraud for $12000, we said its ok and asked for proofs, until date we didn't received that, also there managers said that we will get payments until Dec end and then in Jan but its March ended and we didn't received single penny, no reply no followup reply

I've had more than my fair share of payout horror stories. For some reason or other, programs I joined in the past would come up with all sorts of excuses to delay paying me. Some just didn't pay at all.

I have tried other mobile app affiliate programs and Tapgerine stands out among the rest. Like a solid gold thumb. Most other programs don't even close.

I’ve tried some other platforms before but I was really disappointed by some of the seriously low payouts that some of them have. A classmate recommended me Tapgerine and I didn't disappoint in it!

Tapgerine seemed like it would be a legitimate affiliate network and, at first, appeared to be so. We sent them high-quality FB traffic with total transparency into the ads and source. They had no issue with the traffic and asked us to send as much as possible. The first month Tapgerine did good and paid out on time. Now they are extremely late and haven't offered a timeframe except to say it's coming this week - yet it never does. Until these guys can manage and treat their affiliates that are sending quality traffic, we suggest staying away from them. There is clearly a management issue in payouts and communication. We would be fine, and okay with, a simple "Hey the advertiser hasn't paid out. Can we pay you in a couple months?" Yet they decide to leave us in the dark. Unfortunately, this is horrible for affiliate business and proves to us they can no longer be trusted as a partner.
