Just wanted to agree with Dan (Emery) below, Leadbolt really works with you like a partner instead of pushing stuff to you that you don’t want or don’t get or isn’t a good fit. Makes sense as it makes everyone more money, shame other networks don’t do the same.

"Website is great. FAQ usually tells me everything I need to know so I’m not constantly waiting for support to get back to me or calling my account manager (yeah I know you really love that!). Nice to know when I do have a question though that they do actually get back to me ;)"

Support staff actually take the time to listen to your concerns and resolve them – not just ignore you when you need a hand like a lot of other networks out there. When I have a question, I email them and get a response back straight away letting me know that the matter is being looked into. If the issue can’t be sorted out right then, its escalated and I’m told exactly what’s going on. Really really good stuff – total confidence in these guys.

Even if you are just starting out I’d give them a go. They really know what they are doing and will help guide you through it all, not like some networks that expect you to know everything inside out and don’t bother to offer help when you need it.
