Working with these guys for a few months now. The support is excellent, payouts are always on time and offers are very competitive.

This network used to be great for casino offers, however, over the last 6 months or so they've declined quickly. Many people I know aren't being paid on time (sometimes 1 - 2 months late), the AM takes a week to respond (he used to take a maximum of 10 min), and new offers they add are short lived. I've stopped sending them traffic 100% after my last payout was less than 50% of what the AM confirmed it'd be multiple times.
