I tried to run several offers but i never received an answer. If there is no cooperation with the AM I rather not to work The support is really bad

I'm looking for feedback or anyone's experience with the IncentReward affiliate network. Do they really pay for affiliates? Is this network still being managed effectively enough to consider joining? Does anybody here knows their contact email/phone? Thanks. :)
