Worked with WinSpirit/MakeBerry on a CPA deal. Valid FTDs were delivered and tracked correctly. After delivery, the CPA payout ($320) was refused based on “traffic quality/retention”. No antifraud evidence or contractual justification was provided. Final refusal was confirmed in writing.
