Terrible customer service support. 1 month no replay to any email then when call acc manager form UK Office does not want listen explanation she said whatever we scan is right and we will will not pay any penny due to activity. When asked why there is a problem with advertising methods that allowed in any network she just does not want to listen. She said she will scan every account in the earth and will ban all accounts. I have to say good luck to Tradedoubler in the future if you happy to restrict and not happy to cooperate. The worst customer support ever !!!!!!!

Tradedoubler is terrible. Even if they have good offers (the good thing), they are inflexible with payment terms, and support is absolutely terrible. They simply won't give any affiliate manager names and will take over 5 days to answer an email from a generic support account. Plus, they shave like crazy, even 30 days after you generated the leads. If the traffic quality does not match the expectations, you/the advertiser should tell about it a couple days you see volume coming in, not after 10'000 clicks just before payment. Plus, no pixel tracking supported.
