Black Cat CPA

Was harassed by the owner multiple times including threats. The offers within the network were really just his products and nothing else. Tracking wasn't the best either. Was treated like crap as an affiliate. Owner doesn't seem to know how to run a CPA network.

Black CAT CPA is a scam. The owner Diez-Mansour aka Jordan Stark has not returned my prepay after telling me the refund was inititated. He has continuously ignored me, ignored my texts, emails, and skype messages. Do not work with Black Cat. It is just a huge scam and the guy has no knowledge on how to truly work a CPA network.
