Dear all friends .. all are just bullshit company .. marketbay was the overall best company i have ever seen but finally they didn't paid me my last payment $2100 .. associatepay stole my $3000,click bank didn't paid me $1300 so what should i think ..i worked so hard alone bt i am so much upset for all that happened to me .. i just quit this shit

To respond to the comments below. This is not our 10th time around and we do not scam our affiliates. We were in operation since April of 2011 and have paid all affiliates every single payment until March of 2012. Our platform and processing was previously run by a 3rd party company. They handled processing, customer support, bank affairs, payments, and everything else. In March they are the ones who cut processing of "digital media" and also held any further payments from being sent. This is because when an account with the bank is closed. The bank holds all funds for at least 120 days to cover any further refunds and chargebacks. After the hold peroid I am working on getting all affiliates money owed payed to them. Since march our team has been working very hard to work directly with a bank to process us so we have control over everything and affiliates wont get screwed over by a 3rd party comapny.

Watch out guys, Richard is back and he's going to do the same thing to everyone again :) Pay you once (maybe... at most) and then not pay you again and vanish making up some story about the bank or whatever when he's embroiled in legal trouble. About the 10th time this Canadian scam-artist has done this. You'd think he'd just give up. Sean.

Guys, Most of you have been right, this "Richard" person is a rip off, a scam. He has started a new website: premium-members.com where he offers fake downloads. Check out his General Terms. Once you enroll, your under Panamanian Law! I have found out that he operates from Brampton, Canada. Don't deal with this pr*ck!! I am going to deal with him in a way he'll never forget!

No payment also no reply from Richard so we have stopped promoting associatepay for soccer. The sales were too bad also, lots of clicks but very little sale.

We have been told that Canadian guy from AssociatePay (Richard, maybe not his real name) is now under investigation by the police for promoting the illegal streaming of the sports events and one of my friends has just received a DMCA letter all the way to India and has lost his domain as well as being visited by the authorities. This looks to be far more serious than your typical DMCA complaint.

We have still not recieved payments since 16 february. We have around 10k usd still on account, including payments and reserves. Thats a lot of money. What is happening? Everything went smooth until now. We cannot continue to promote you until we start getting paid again... Please respond...

There's so many bad reviews from affiliates about these guys across the web that the batch of "good reviews" on here is so questionable. Every time someone posts a bad experience, 5 more reviews come rolling in about how fantastic their service is. For a start, the products breach copyright laws - half the affiliates aren't getting paid, nobody gets replies from Richard or the Canadian man with a dog called Nova, whoever runs this program nowadays in it's 8th incarnation since it keeps getting banned.

Me and my team have worked with associatepay since they opened back in april of 2011. They have met every need of mine and more. I am more then pleased with the results and support. Sure there was some ups and downs but which company dosent have there down times. overall excllent company and plan to continue working iwht them and refering other webmasters. Good network. Pleased with results and the support team couldn't be better. My dedicated aff manager has helped me since the beginning and answered any questions i had. Working with associatepay since sept of last year. was the best marketbay alternative i found providing the same results and more. always got payments on time except around christmas where things were a little rough because of bank holidays and lack of staff. But in the new year the staff cleared everything up and things are back to normal. thanks. keep it up
