This all bullshit Arvie, we have prepaid to your company 3000$ and never got even on click in return!

Arvie nothing was resolved and nothing was stated as to not getting my prepayment back. As a matter of fact, James Portelo said I can receive my prepay back upon request at any point. And the campaigns I gave you were not for an iPhone 4. You are telling lies after lies which is really unprofessional. Your network is a scam, your a scam, and so is your employee James Portelo. Prepaying $1000 which was to fund LEADS on a CPA basis, not to fund your outings with your friends and irresponsible behavior. I will continue to tell everyone that Arviate is a scam and will continue to fight until I receive my prepay back. Stop wasting everyone's time because you don't know how to construct business. You have continued to block me on every single account that I was connected to you guys on: Skype, LinkedIN, FB, and have not returned a single email. I have proof of all of this. If anyone is determining whether or not to work with Arviate, stay far far away.

Obviously, there was a misunderstanding between me and trisp2e. They have prepaid $1000 for an iPhone4 email submit and we couldn't get them the traffic they wanted to because nobody likes an iPhone4 anymore. We still kept the campaign alive because the expiration is not until the next year. It is in the contract so we couldn't give her the prepayment back. And with DavidHall, sorry man but I have checked, we have not worked with you nor had any chance to close a deal with you. You know that and I am certain you are just another hater bashing me around about my race, my personality and my life. We never even exchanged emails.

Arviate are nothing but scammers. I have started legal action against them for money we prepaid that they are refusing to pay back after a month of failing to send traffic. Rather than solve the situation they blocked and stopped all communication. This is another fly-by (HasOffers) network run by a delusional and heavily narcissistic small Asian guy called Arvie Bibanco Vallo who makes unbelievable claims about being a young millionaire on Quora but in fact is a poor little young 20 year old with no future in this industry. AVOID at all costs.

This is by far one of the worst networks I've ever dealt with. I DO NOT recommend anyone ever working with them. I prepaid them months ago to start sending traffic to my campaigns and after prepaying, they disappeared. I have sent numerous emails, contacted via facebook, linkedIN, etc and have come to a dead-end. The owner (arvie), even blocked me on facebook after I messaged him. They are extremely unprofessional and just looking to take your money. Do not waste your time with them. They are a huge SCAM!
